A new batch of Mindich tapes was released in Ukraine, see Strana.ua. These tapes show a siphoning off of funds destined for arms purchases and insider trading and conflict of interest whereby Zelensky and his friends took a cut from military procurement company they owned and were building luxury homes near Kiev.
