In this video I discuss the chances of success of the talks to conclude the war in Ukraine. As before I examine the latest words and actions of Zelensky, the visit of Mark Rutte to Kiev, and the what I call PUTIN"S DILEMMA, how to not to offend Trump and at the same time avoid concluding a deal which will be perceived as detrimental to Russian national interests.
