Here I discuss the discussion at the 20th Yalta Conference in Kiev on the future of the Ukraine and its war with Russia. I focus particularly of the ideas of Boris Johnson and Zelensky, asking three questions: Is it true what they say? Is it feasible to implement? And is it a benefit to Ukraine's future?
Dr. Brovkin is an American Historian of Russian origin, who served as an Associate Professor of Soviet History at Harvard University.
