Hot off the back of our recent Coronation Cake Challenge, Zak is back in the Kenwood Kids Club recombining his competition flavours into a tasty shortbread biscuit.

Zingy lemon, decadent chocolate and crunchy pistachios all come together to create a shortbread biscuit that is utterly delicious!

Lemon & Pistachio Shortbread Biscuits Ingredients:
75g caster sugar
150g soft unsalted butter
225g plain flour
Zest of one large lemon
100g dark chocolate
50g crushed pistachios
