Overpopulation has become a big problem in the United States. To combat it the United States government has released a virus, COVID-19, giving the vaccine to a select powerful leaving the poor and marginalized to fend for themselves. The government has chosen one simpleton to get the vaccine but he must fight the symptoms and a needy neighbor to survive long enough to get the vaccine.
