Your Heart vs Your Ego 🧠❤️ | What Are You Really Listening To?

You’ve heard of the Sunnah — the way of the Prophet ﷺ.
But have you heard of your heart’s Sunnah?

🧭 There are two hearts:
1️⃣ The physical one — in your chest
2️⃣ The spiritual heart (qalb) — the seat of awareness, clarity, and connection with Allah ﷻ

🪞You won’t know your true heart...
until you’ve tamed your ego.

🗣️ That ego — it's always whispering:

“Me.”
“Mine.”
“I deserve.”
“They wronged me.”
“I’m amazing.”
“I want more.”

💭 Sound familiar? That’s not your heart speaking.
That’s the nafs — the self that constantly seeks attention and validation.

❤️ The spiritual heart sees realities the eye cannot.
It’s the lens of the soul —
But only if it’s purified.

📿 Spend time in solitude.
Observe the ego.
Listen deeply.

🕊️ The voice of the heart is not loud.
But it speaks truth — if you’re willing to quiet the noise.
