Once a year we pay a visit to the PRC and give them a spin and take them to the position of master of China, and once again it's time for that. We will bring them from a backwater to a partner against Japan, and finally put them on top.

Along the way new leaders be found, economic aid shall be given, warlords shall fall and armies shall be reformed. And when is all said and done China will find itself in a much different place to where it started.
