There are many candidates for HOI4's worst focus tree, is it a really old tree back from 2016, or is it a really flawed recent addition. But weirdly the countries that get this label are rarely the ones that actually the ones that actually have the worst tree.
So we are going to take a good long look at these focus trees, we'll see what's wrong with wrong, and what's right to try and see how people have gotten the conclusion that they did.
