Young Thug will not be heading back to jail after a judge ruled that his recent social media activity did not violate the terms of his probation. The Atlanta rapper came under scrutiny after reposting a blogger’s photo of a police investigator testifying in a murder trial. Along with the image, Thug added the caption: “biggest liar in the DA office.”
Judge Whitaker acknowledged that the post was ill-advised but ultimately determined it was not a direct violation of his probation.
