In APWA's Sacramento Chapter, Chris Heylin just recently passed his title of Director of Young Professionals to Bridget McGinnis. Their chapter has seen enormous growth in its Young Professionals group over the last few years, due in part to their starting a Young Professionals-Student Mentorship Program pairing young professionals in the public works industry with local high school and college students. Heylin and McGinnis sat down with PWX TV to discuss these successes.
