thought I was such a cool guy as a kid catching these Pokemon in Pokemon Pearl after playing Pokemon LeafGreen and Pokemon Ruby before it, it really felt like I was doing something secret! Definitely only knew about it because of websites like serebii and having one of those Pokedex handbooks. I was extremely attached to a magby I caught at stark mountain in pearl, it was awesome. There are about 30 of these pokemon total, about 5 per game. Pretty extensive feature, too bad it takes so much hardware. also would have been cool in Pokemon Heartgold and Pokemon Soulsilver
