When I was playing Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver for the first time I was doing so with internet access and a huge drive to read about events and news for the games. I loved reading about stuff that was on the way, or looking like a region exclusive, or speculation for future events. And while this Lock Capsule event was small in the grand scheme, I was and continue to be infinitely mesmerized by its purpose and why it was never distributed. The events from this time period are unbelievably cool, regardless of their status. Watch out Mudkip! This one's for all the Bellossom, Growlithe, and Zoroark fans out there.
