this is another Pokemon thing I read about as a kid and could sort of interact with through guides, but was always mystified by the rarity of. This specific example has always made me wonder what game freak thinks is strong or valuable in a pokemon game. Like even when this came out in gen 3 pokemon emerald it wasn't great but was hyped up like the best thing ever. really weird stuff but super cool design at least
