You've probably heard some version of this one. Whether it's explicitly saying we want to be our own gods or just telling us we're full of pride and think we know better than God, the underlying accusation is that we on some level know God exists but - like the devil - buck his authority because we think we know better. In this video, I talk about why this seems intuitive to many Christians but why, regardless, it's an inexcusable insult, and in the end simply makes no sense.
**NOTE - I've temporarily suspended Patreon charges so people who may be financially affected by the outbreak aren't thrown off by pledges they made under different circumstances.
