Prophet of Zod | How William Lane Craig Sneaks His Worst Argument Past Us @ProphetofZod | Uploaded August 2021 | Updated October 2024, 7 hours ago.
In past videos, I've dismissively brushed past William Lane Craig's attempt at connecting the Kalam Cosmological Argument to God - using it as a pretty self-evident example of how bad his arguments can be. But while it IS obviously absurd, I thought it would be worth taking a closer look at WHY it's absurd. Doing so provides some of the best examples of how he uses quick turns of phrase to sneak non-arguments past people. In the end, when we take time to carefully break down what he actually says, the fact that this man is ever taken seriously by anybody says a lot about the nature of apologetics.
