Creative blocks happen. But we don't have to struggle and fight them. We can use movement as medicine to help us free ourselves emotionally and energetically from creative blocks. I often find that when I'm feeling stuck creatively, mentally, or emotionally, I can release that low vibrational energy by moving physically through yoga. I've created this flow to help you do just that. So if you're ready to invite some healthy, loving movement into your life, grab your mat and lets tend to it. ๐Ÿ™โœจ๐ŸŒฟ
