Welcome to your yoga class to release tension, stiffness, and to find deeper flexibility. In this 26 minute class, we'll focus on opening through different muscle groups and finding peace in the posture so that we can go deeper and meet our appropriate edge. The most important part of this practice is to listen to your unique body and it's needs. Never go into a posture that doesn't feel right to you, and carefully pay attention to what your body is telling you. Find what feels good, move, flow, and BREATHE. This is a wonderful flow for writer's, people with desk jobs, climbers, and athletes, as we'll be really focusing on opening through the hips. 💗🙏🕉 Roll out your mat and enjoy!
