Finally decent weather and an open field where I could practice flying my little DJI Spark drone. This is a compilation of clips pulled from Footage I got while flying on edge of a huge retirement community in Ocala, FL. Same ole, same ole, but served a purpose for me tp practice. I can see I need lots more practice time to get better at controls and getting footage that isn’t choppy!
One lesson learned: when experimenting with Return Home feature be sure to have the drone in sight! I did this when Drone was probably 300’ high and I could no longer hear it. When I did start to hear it, I couldn’t see it and feared it was going to land hundreds of feet from me and out of sight. All need fine, but I was upset with myself for sure!
