I purchased a 2-person mesh tent to use with my DD Hammock 3m x 3m tarp when camping with my bicycle during the hot summer months here on the East Coast of the United States. A mesh tent allows for 360° airflow while still protecting you from mosquitoes, ticks and other flying and crawling creatures. Using it with a tarp further protects you from potential rain. The OneTigris Bug Net tent I bought is nice and roomy with interior measurements of 6’ 8” long, 5’ 2” wide and 4’ 2” tall at the peak (203cm x 157cm x 127cm). It comes with six lightweight stakes and four guylines. This provides 32 square feet of floor space. I like a roomy tent. It has three openings: one large opening on one side and an opening on either end. My Mountain Hardwear tent only has one end opening. Having the three on the OneTigris will make it much easier to lay out my air mattress and quilt and the end openings will be handy when I need to collect and pack the miscellaneous things I scatter in far corners of the tent.

Only drawbacks I see now are the lack of privacy for changing because the mesh, obviously, is see through and fact that there are no interior side pockets or straps from which to hang a light. I’ll have to figure something out for that and I can always drop the tarp down more over the tent for more privacy.
