In this fifth in a series of six short wildlife films I look into the diversity of Frogs in the Yanbaru Forests of Northern Okinawa. Filmed entirely using an iPhone6S Plus I also highlight the dangers facing these diverse Amphibian species, mainly posed by the presence of Frog hunting Snakes, including Japan's most venomous serpent, the Golden Habu.
I used FilmicPro iOS App for iPhone to film and had the camera for the most part lodged in an iOgrapher casing. For the wider scenes I was using a Moondog Labs 1.33x Anamorphic adapter lens.
For protection I was wearing Rocky footwear that also allowed great durations walking in shallow streams without getting wet feet, awesome gear.
