Sorry i've been quiet since my last upload (nearly 2 months ago I think). I've been busy, plus I spent the first few weeks not being happy with what I had done with the cover. Eventually managed to sort it out though.
Anyway, this song is from the best filler episode ever, hands down. Coincidentally, I rewatched this episode last night XD.

I got the idea for this while I was listening to A Cruel Angels Thesis, where I noticed that the drum introduction to the main motif sounds almost exactly like the drums for Never Gonna Give You Up. And with my new drum sounds which mean I can finally create tom sounds, I thought it would be amusing :)
I am planning on doing a proper cover of A Cruel Angels Thesis at some point- Im currently stuck on what to do for the bit post-chorus.

Im going to be honest, I couldnt get into Evangelion. But I dont think anyone can deny that the OP is amazing, so I finally got round to covering it!
Also, this is showing off the new drum sounds! Ive finally worked out a way to emulate toms by combining a pitch down on the triangle channel with the noise channel.
