XIII is a first-person, shooter video game. Developed by Ubisoft Paris and published by Microids in 2003. The game is loosely based on the Belgian comic book with the same title. The player follows the special agent - Jason Fly, who has lost his memory. While battling with the amnesia he gets caught up in a conspiracy, with some secret organisation aiming to overthrow the government. Using various weapons and stealth to your advantage, Jason must uncover the truth to this conspiracy.
NoirStation Rating: - 5 Out Of 5 - In my opinion the XIII clearly stands out from the other shooters of its time and has aged like a fine wine, still holding up. Because of that it has gathered quite a cult following, considered a classic by now. I only wish that the developers would make a proper sequel, possibly in the near future, I really enjoyed this game.
