In this tutorial we're looking at nine packing/unpacking instructions available in MMX. The mnemonics to these instructions make them seem like data conversion instructions. Although they're good at data conversion they are also good at other things like moving data and broadcasting (both of which we'll look at in the tute).
These instructions can come across as confusing but hopefully with the animations it will all be easy.
