We love the Collings Foundation's annual Wings of Freedom Tour! I got to spend the afternoon with Worcester Polytechnic Institute's chapter of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics at this amazing display of WWII era aircraft, including the B-17 Flying Fortress, the B-24 Liberator, the B-25 Mitchell, and a slew of other smaller aircraft. Pictured in this video's thumbnail is the Vought F4U Corsair. In the evening, I offered to take as many members of the AIAA flying in my warrior as they wanted, and I got five takers. That's five more people that have now seen the general aviation light!
Hey, did you guys know that the FAA actually certifies flight instructors to tell you everything that I try to convey in these videos? You should definitely talk to one of them instead of trusting some video you found on the internet, because who am I to tell you how to fly?
