As is usually the case, I intended for this video to be a short one when I started it early Sunday morning. By Sunday afternoon when I was just finishing up keyframing my hand-puppet theater sequence, I realized it wasn’t really going to work out that way. It’s another example of why my work actually takes time and effort, as opposed to what they produce. It took me a couple of hours to ‘simulate’ HAARP Report waving his hand around like White Fang (or in his case Black Fang)… unlike the five minutes it takes him to actually record doing it.
It’s my own fault of course, and a self-perpetuating problem I’ve created for myself. My videos are all HD1080p, at least 20 layers each, and I make it a point to add a little something new each video. I like to keep my viewers entertained (since the topic is difficult enough to deal with), it clearly separates my work from all others, and I expect it of myself… so it is what it is.
In any event, when I was out and about today, all anyone was talking about – was of course the weather. Everywhere people were talking about how ridiculously (and unnaturally) cold it has been and was on Sunday, or how ridiculous (and unnatural) the temperature swings are. It’s tough for me to tell if I’m being sarcastic when I say: “I don’t know why I haven’t sold a million copies of NO NATURAL WEATHER yet”… considering I explain all of this.
Meanwhile Al Roker is - on television - talking about some fairytale land where warm air and warm water vapor in a warm atmosphere condensing into rain, falls to an even warmer planet (not just because it's a planet generating its own heat but because of humans and a millions different industrial sources of heat), yet somehow it hits some "field" in-between that instantly turns it into ice. I realize science education is woefully (and deliberately) lacking in this country, but you don't have to be a scientist to understand what conditions water freezes under, and under what conditions it doesn't. It just requires a modicum of critical thinking to dismiss this nonsense. Why aren't even the 'cadre' of 'investigative journalists' ornamenting the studio on a daily basis asking him any of this?
So the points I was trying to make still apply. Since we’ve established the people propagating information on this topic are propagating misdirection for clearly ulterior motives, as opposed to the reality I consistently illustrate here, I need to spend some time working on expanding the website and exposure over the next couple of weeks. If all of the people in the street I heard talking about the weather today had read my 40 page eBook, it would have been a very different conversation and sentiment. I need to focus a little more on making that happen, as much I obviously enjoy creating a couple of videos a week.
Unlike the gatekeepers however who are peddling redundant movies that “ask questions” that were answered a decade ago, or the movies trailers that apparently take a year to make, my viewers can expect some very interesting new material when I’m done. In addition to several expansions on the site, I have some production CD / streaming video plans that my viewers will hopefully find interesting. Let’s face it, as much as I pride myself on providing all of this information for anyone who wants to take the time to learn it, there are some things I just don't want to put up on YouTube.
So I ask that people do keep in mind that this singular work is entirely viewer-supported, I ask that people keep in mind what we have to contend with around here to continue this work, I ask that people look forward to some very interesting expansions and products coming up, and we’ll see how far we can collectively progress over the next couple of weeks.
