If Mayor Eddie Hills really wants to do something about the Skagit river disaster, he needs to educate himself and his community about the identifiable source of this flood. For each community that is victimized by timed Water Vapor Release from local and surrounding Power Plants without identifying and exposing the source, it clears the way for the next community to be devastated by the very same sources.
The only way this cycle can ever stop is SOMEONE from one of these devastated communities recognizes how this happened to their community, and shows it for what it is. Some local Mayor, Governor, Law Enforcement, or other local official is going to SEE and UNDERSTAND this broad daylight process, and use their devastated community as an EXAMPLE for others to see. If two or three or four communities in a row proved where their flash floods were coming from, this fifty-year-old secret reality that has devastated countless communities could NO LONGER go on hiding and operating in plain sight. Otherwise, tomorrow there will be ANOTHER community devastated by manmade flood, and another community that knows nothing about the obvious and easily identifiable source.
