In this video, we’re looking at wrestlers who changed gimmicks for one night only. Some of these were one-off disguises, some were comedy bits, and others were legitimate attempts to change a wrestler's entire persona only for the effort to fall flat.
Examples included in this vdeo are Disco Inferno becoming La Cucaracha, Chris Jericho’s short-lived Super Liger experiment, The Miz becoming The Calgary Kid and The Fabulous Moolah becoming Spider Lady. Every example had to have just 1 televised match to make the cut, however we also look at some gimmicks who didn't even make it to the ring for a match including Emma's WWE transformation into Emmalina, Dustin Rhodes as Seven, and Steve Williams as Doc Kabuki.
