Every pro wrestler needs a great finishing move. It’s the climax of the match, the big weapon we’re all building toward, and ideally, it should look absolutely devastating. But coming up with something unique inside the squared circle isn't easy, and sometimes, the creative minds in wrestling come up with something that just looks completely ridiculous.
Today, we are looking at some of the absolute worst finishing moves in pro wrestling history. From legendary names like John Cena and The Rock using moves that look more silly than painful, to old school classics like Kevin Sullivan's Stomp and Lex Luger's Torture Rack. We also look at why perfectly good finishers (like Shane Douglas' Pittsburgh Plunge and Big Show's Showstopper) got for moves that made absolutely no sense.
