During the Monday Night War jumping from WWF to WCW or WCW to WWF was (usually) treated like a huge statement. One week someone was on Raw, the next they were walking out on Nitro, and fans immediately started asking who would be next to debut in a new company.
Some wrestlers, however, didn’t just switch sides once. They went over to the rival promotion… and then ended up right back where they started.
In this video, we’re looking at the wrestlers who changed sides during the WWF vs WCW battle and then made the return trip. Names covered include Sean Waltman, Jeff Jarrett, William Regal, British Bulldog and more. Some moves made perfect sense while some left fans scratching their heads.
From Raw to Nitro, Nitro to Raw, and sometimes back again, these are the Monday Night War wrestlers who couldn’t stay on one side for too long.
