![OUTLAWS (1997) - Cinematic Intro + 1st Mission Gameplay - (No Commentary) [4K60]
Another golden game from a golden gaming era.
This is the GOG version using 3dfx emulation by GOG.
Pretty high production values considering its age. Lucas Arts style. It was a pretty bad ass game when I first played it back then. It really captures the western style.
Actual game starts at 10:20 (yes the intro is that long)
Beware of the ugly FOV. Made my head spin after the recording was done.
Hope you can enjoy it as much as I did.

![ALIENS VS. PREDATOR (1999) - MARINE 1st Level Gameplay - (No Commentary) [4K60]
Was thinking if I should cover this one considering its age, but why the hell not? This is another legendary series that dominated my childhood, well at least AvP 1 and 2, what follows after is a bit... weird and maybe not so worth for the first two.
This video is showcasing Marine gameplay in 4K.
Even though on Steam the game is noted as Aliens versus Predator Classic 2000 in fact the games original release was on 30 April 1999 in North America and 25 May 1999 in Europe and the version on Steam which is actually Aliens versus Predator Gold Edition was originally released on 28 March 1999.
Sorry for the constant on-off night-vision but the game is constantly switching from light to dark areas and vice-versa.

![nVidia Apollo 11 Lunar Landing Tech Demo VXGI (GTX 980 Ti) [4K60]
Forgot about this nice little tech demo from nVidia. I thought I should post it here for showcasing purposes only for those who are interested in stuff like this.
I switched to 4K using a command line applied to the Desktop shortcut made by the installation.
The command line is as follows:
-ResX=3840 -ResY=2160 -FULLSCREEN
This tech demo shows nVidias new VXGI technology.
nVidias own description of VXGI:
Voxelized Global Illumination
( or VXGI )
In traditional computer graphics, a light contributes diffuse and specular illumination to any surface that has an unobstructed ray to that light. The images resulting from this technique are characteristically black in unlit regions because this over-simplification fails to account for light reflected from other surfaces in the scene.
To improve visuals, most games describe indirect illumination by pre-computing lighting and storing the result statically in vertex data or textures. The results can look very realistic if the scene remains static, but we want to be able to open doors, move lights, and tear down walls. Clearly games would benefit greatly if we could create a global illumination solution that computes direct and indirect lighting in real time.
NVIDIAs VXGI computes indirect light by rendering the scenes lit geometry into a 3D voxel grid, then using that grid as an acceleration structure for computing indirect diffuse light and reflections. Indirect diffuse light is calculated by tracing broad cones through the voxel grid in the direction of the surface normal and accumulating the light from those voxels. Reflections are likewise calculated by tracing through the voxel grid in the direction of the reflection vector.
This new technique is made possible from several new features of GeForce GTX 980 including:
Viewport Multicast :
Accelerates the rendering of each triangle into the voxel structure(s)
by broadcasting it to the 6 directional render targets rather than
duplicating data.
Conservative Raster :
Ensures that each triangle in a voxels space can contribute to that
voxel even if the triangle does not cross that voxels sample point.
Tiled Resources :
Permits us to create a high resolution 3D Texture but only allocate
memory for those regions that are occupied by voxels.
NVIDIA can now employ Voxelized Global Illumination on Geforce GTX 980 to test the validity of the alleged moon landing media. nVidia Apollo 11 Lunar Landing Tech Demo VXGI (GTX 980 Ti) [4K60]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/v3gvihFf44E/mqdefault.jpg)
