Making a flat surfaced casting fit against a non flat milling machine ram can be a tricky business. In my last video I took the easy way out and just fitted a cork spacer in between the two castings to take up the uneven space. A viewer, John MacNamara suggested using epoxy and metal fillers to make a custom fitted face on the cast light bracket. Never one to let a challenge pass, I took John's advice and retrofitted the epoxy filler. Check it out!
