here I demonstrate the method of ebonizing wood with fire, also using Hampshire sheen's silver embellishing wax to highlight the open grain of the wood.
there is no turning in this video it is all about finishing.
i also show a second item that i turned and finished using Hampshire sheen intrinsic dyes to add effect.
