For Christmas this year i decided to turn both of my sons something from a show that they both enjoy, Connor likes Dr Who so what better than a Dalek, maybe you are not familier with the BBC tv series Dr Who but it has been running since 1963 and is still on air after nearly 58 years, I remember as a kid growing up in the UK i was scared of Daleks, anyway i hope you enjoy my attempt at recreating a model Dalek for my son Connor for Christmas 2020

I have been woodturning since 2013, i love it as a creative outlet and the community or woodturners is great, there is lots of help and support out there available at the touch of a button. don't be intimidated or scared to ask questions no matter how basic, most of all be safe in your workshop, follow all safety rules and guidelines.
use channels such as mine as inspiration and entertainment.
it is recommended to get proper training with power tools to prevent accidents
most of all remember to be creative and have fun
