I really wanted to have a go at the Basket Weave Illusion wood turning effect. I got some metallic coloured markers and my pyrography kit and set to it.

I also wanted to add a mirror to it, so I made it as a full mirror you can use on one side of the piece with a smaller centre piece mirror for effect on the illusion side of the piece.

When I had finished it kind of gave me the thoughts of an aztec picture.
