Women say they want masculine men who lead, provide, protect and take charge.
But for decades, men have been told to be softer, less dominant, less assertive and less traditionally masculine. They were told women don't need their protection, their provision or even their help.
So men listened. Men adapted.
And now some women are asking, “Where did all the masculine men go?”
In this video, we look at the contradiction between what men have been told to become and what women now say they want from men.
You can't spend decades shaming traditional masculinity and then complain when men stop displaying it.
Women got the men they asked for.
Now they're mad.
