"Womack Commons" Student Housing and Parking Complex | Groundbreaking Ceremony (Highlights) @mtsu

MTSU broke ground Wednesday, April 8th on a 554-bed student housing development, known as Womack Commons, and a new parking garage complex. The 161,000 square-foot residence and the new garage will be located on a 2.55-acre portion of the existing Womack Lane Housing site that will still retain almost 11 acres of land for future MTSU student housing and related parking developments. Womack Commons is set to open for the fall 2027 academic year.
