Recipe for the elderflower pancakes:
8 elderflower umbels
flour 100g
milk 125 ml
pinch of salt
honey 1 ½ tbsp
eggs 1
fry in oil and dust with powdered sugar/cinnamon sugar or serve with a fruit compote
