Steve and I go winter grouse hunting in the snow in this catch and cook video.
Winter hunting can be very challenging in the snow! We went out for a late season hunt, and harvested a few birds. I decided to modify my friend's recipe and batter grouse strips in Panko and adding some evening primrose seeds that I harvested earlier this fall.
