The first half of March was 10 to 15 degrees above average in Upstate New York. However, colder than average temperatures will grip the region for this week. Rounds of snow showers and cold air will make it feel like winter. Wind chills will be in the single digits at times. Meteorologist Joe Martucci has the forecast.
