The United Irish American Association's St. Patrick's Day parade will take place this Sunday on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo. Expect a chilly one, with temperatures only around 40 degrees for much of the event. Meteorologist Joe Martucci say lake effect snow will move into Western New York.
