Visibility near 0 miles occurred in parts the North Bay region Wednesday morning but that will come to an end by midday. Tidal flooding will be an issue through the early afternoon. A coastal flood advisory is in effect. Due to the king tide though, this will stick around for a number of days. Meteorologist Joe Martucci has the forecast.
