Uninstall the driver and then install the new LAN or WIFI driver.

Problem:
Windows 11 installed without internet connection.
Computer connected to LAN, but no internet access.
IP configuration settings changed, Wi-Fi router reset, but issue persisted.
Control Panel message: "No internet access. Your device can only access other devices on your local network."

Solution:
Uninstalled default Windows drivers.
Installed LAN drivers from manufacturer's website.
