If you just need a one-time report, you can use the built-in History Explorer.
Navigate to the History tab in your sidebar.
Select the Entities and the Time Range you want to export.
Click the Download / CSV icon usually found at the top right of the history graph.
Once you have the .csv file, simply upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.

Transforming Data into Graphics
Once your data is flowing into Google Sheets, it will look like a raw list of timestamps and numbers. Here is how to make it visual:
Highlight your data: Select the columns containing your "Datetime" and "Value."
Insert Chart: Go to Insert - Chart.
Choose Chart Type: * For temperature or power usage, use a Line Chart.
For daily totals (like rainfall), use a Column Chart.
Aggregate Data: If you have too many data points (e.g., every minute), use a Pivot Table in Google Sheets to calculate the "Average per Day" before graphing.
