Windows 10 Version 1803 - Extend Upgrade Restore Time Limit

When Windows 10 upgrades to a new version it created a restore folder that can be used to rollback to the previous version that was being used before the upgrade. However, normally there are time limits of about 10 -30 days for such upgrades. After which a rollback/restore is impossible - unless a backup of the system was done before the upgrade.

This method shows how to extend the time limit to go back to the previous version.
