From the minute Windows 10 boots up the disk, registry, processes and a lot more are all very active.

Sometimes we want to monitor those programs to see if they are behaving abnormally (maybe malware) and also to see what is happening in the registry.

Using Process Monitor we can view every action for the registry, disks, network and processes and threads. We can use this to even find hidden registry setting keys!
