In this video show how I do the @wimhof1 breathing method technique that I practise for about 2 and a half years to improve my health, immune system and also to be be creative and positive.
I made a comment on a video from @JordanBPeterson in which he and his daughter Mikhaila had a talk with Wim Hof. Some of the commenters there were interested in my description on how I do the method so I made a poll for my viewers and subscribers if they would like to see me doing it - and 73% wanted to see it, so here is the video:-)
I hope you guys like it - as I explain in the video it is not an advice to do it, I am not a doctor and can't give health advices, this is just how I do the Wim Hof breathing method and technique ( #WHM ) - have fun.
