Mega Man: The Wily Wars, aka Rockman Megaworld came out in Japan and Europe in 1994 and briefly made an appearance in the United States in the form of Sega's ill fated cable service program Sega Channel.
It consists of the first three games, plus an unlockable bonus game upon completion of the first three.

Megaman 2 for the NES (Capcom 1989)
This is a hacked version of Megaman 2, it adds ammo to most of the weapons and adds changes to Time Stopper, Crash Bombs, and Leaf Shield.
It makes the game a breeze until the final boss, where the tweaks become questionable as the author decided to limit you of the only ammo usable on the final boss. You have just enough ammo to beat him.
