Shock Troop Gauntlet, Damnation level gameplay using the Kantrael Mk IX Combat Shotgun and Antax Mk V Combat Axe

I used this shotgun on my Veteran Sharpshooter and wasn't really a fan. I think part of my negative opinion towards the weapon and Darktide shotguns in general, is that they don't function how I would personally prefer them to. Ideally to me, they should deliver very high damage up close and have sharp damage fall off as you get further from your target.

This would reward you for getting up close and personal in combat as well as making the low ammo capacity and long reload time feel justified. Instead they feel like hunting rifles that shoot in a small cone.
