£2 motorhome park-up in Tadley/Baughurst with real-world wild-camping hints, tips and tricks for finding quiet spots without getting the knock.

In today’s video I take you around Baughurst between Basingstoke and Reading to show exactly what I look for and the decision-making process I go through to pick safe, sensible park-ups in a big motorhome.
We cover reading streets, spotting street lay-bys, avoiding problem dead ends, and why having a backup spot matters.
I also show how I verify and pay for the £2 Sainsbury’s overnight using Parkopedia and Horizon Parking so there are no ticket worries. Then it’s a simple cheat dinner of tea of sausage, mash and onion gravy, a peaceful night, and a morning debrief.
