Searching for a pub stop in Edinburgh and I accidentally found one of Scotland’s best surprises - Colinton Tunnel!

I rolled into a pub with a massive car park, decent food, and a Scottish buffet breakfast, something that I've never thought about or had. Gammon, pigs in blankets, a quiet overnight stop, and then a Google Maps rabbit hole led me to a tunnel of all thing and boy I didn’t expect to be this good!
Between getting completely sidetracked meeting people, standing in the dry inside Scotland’s largest heritage mural, and a laundry run that turned into an absolute nightmare, this day went everywhere.
